APM Terminals, global leader in port operations and terminals, enables global trade and sustainable growth as part of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. Join our Infrastructure team at Pecém terminal as a Bricklayer to support maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations and safety for all.
Perform civil mason activities including preparing grounds for paving, building structures in masonry or concrete, and executing corrective maintenance on buildings and sidewalks. Use tools and equipment to apply mortars, lay blocks, and finish surfaces while respecting plumb and level.

Requirements
- High school complete.
- Experience in operations involving basic tools, safety norms application, and safe material handling.
- Driver's license Category B.
- NR18 - Safety in Construction Civil; NR35 - Work at Height courses.
- Lean mindset: strong spirit of continuous improvement, curious, problem-solving oriented.
- Responsibility and safety orientation: strictly complies with safety, procedures, and environmental practices.
- Teamwork: collaborates with colleagues, effective communication, focus on collective results.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and level grounds for paving, including cleaning, regularization, compaction, and drainage guarantee.
- Execute base and sub-base for pavements using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare and apply mortars for masonry, laying, and coatings.
- Build foundations, walls, pillars, walls, and other masonry or concrete structures.
- Perform plastering and surface finishing, respecting plumb and leveling.
- Lay interlocking blocks per project, including cuts, adjustments, jointing, and final compaction.
- Execute corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and structures with various repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble wooden or metal scaffolds.
