About this role
Decima International seeks a driven Construction Project Manager to lead development of multiple data center projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role demands strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on project management fundamentals.
You will manage assigned work from start to close out, covering all aspects of delivery across multiple regions. Responsibilities include preparing PowerPoint presentations, reviewing project plans, preparing RFPs, facilitating OAC meetings, and validating contractor pay applications.

Requirements
- 10+ years of construction and project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or related technical field.
- Excellent understanding of construction, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across multiple regions.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to self-direct and represent the client effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned work from start to close out, covering all aspects of work delivery to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and present to management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and contract award processes.
- Facilitate, run, and chair project meetings (including OAC meetings) and maintain accurate meeting minutes and action items.
- Review and validate project progress, contractor pay applications, and invoices.
- Carry out financial and technical appraisals of project options, perform feasibility studies, site surveys, and liaise with designers, engineers, and construction managers.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.
