About this role

Clēnera is a tier-one developer and independent power producer located in Boise, Idaho, and the U.S. subsidiary of Enlight Renewable Energy. We develop, finance, construct, own, and operate utility-scale solar and energy storage facilities throughout the United States, with over 1.9 GW of solar and 5.1 GWh of storage in operations or construction.

In this role, you will independently manage complex coordination, documentation, and financial tracking activities while serving as a key extension of the Project Manager on 2-4 projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading pre-construction support, managing procurement tracking, monitoring construction progress against schedule, and owning the administration of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

As a central communication hub between the Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will proactively resolve issues and escalate critical concerns. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex coordination and documentation across multiple projects.
  • Experience with procurement tracking, submittal review, and monitoring long-lead items.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling and ability to identify delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Strong financial tracking skills, including reviewing pay applications, validating invoices, and managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with RFI, submittal, and change order administration processes.
  • Understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and inspection processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-construction support activities by reviewing design deliverables, monitoring design milestones, and coordinating with engineering, legal, and permitting teams.
  • Actively manage procurement tracking by reviewing submittals for compliance, monitoring procurement schedules, and tracking spare parts and long-lead items.
  • Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule, independently identify delays or risks, and provide clear recommendations to the Project Manager for mitigation strategies.
  • Own the administration and tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and EPC deliverables, ensuring workflows are completed accurately and maintained.
  • Support change management by evaluating change order requests, analyzing cost and schedule impacts, and ensuring adherence to company-wide change control processes.
  • Take a lead role in financial management activities, including reviewing pay applications, validating invoices, tracking budgets and cost codes, and coordinating with Accounts Payable.
  • Serve as a central communication hub between the Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and escalating critical concerns.
  • Lead closeout coordination activities by managing punch list tracking, organizing turnover documentation, and coordinating final inspections and walkthroughs.
