The Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction, industrial, and municipal rehabilitation projects, with strong focus on field operations, crew management, scheduling, and project financials. Responsible for field execution, managing project timelines, budgets, and resource planning. Coordinates daily operations and tracks multiple active and upcoming projects.
Serve as key liaison between management and field teams in a fast-paced environment. Surrounded by a culture that puts safety first in all we do. Team structure provides support, training, and development.
Highly organized and safety-focused professional manages construction projects from start to finish. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency. Ensure timely project completion within budget and QA/QC standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in underground infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal/industrial projects
- Minimum 3-5 years of construction management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities
- Proven ability to manage field teams and support project execution
- Highly safety-conscious with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, operations, and field crews
- Plan and coordinate all elements of construction project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractor timelines
- Oversee cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and overall project financial reporting
- Manage labor planning, resource forecasting, and equipment/material procurement
- Attend construction planning meetings, project site walks, and client discussions
- Assist with quality control and uphold safety protocols across all job sites
- Review and approve daily reports, time logs, and all vendor/customer invoices
