About this role
The Construction Manager (Mechanical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover. This role ensures effective management of mechanical systems in Pharma/Industrial projects. You will drive project success through coordinated oversight.
Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders and coordinate authority submissions and approvals. Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, and project needs. Manage coordination of approvals for shop drawings, model reviews, and vendor documents.

Requirements
- Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical System including HVAC, Fire, Process Gasses, Sanitary & Plumbing
- MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects
- Overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control
- Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages
Responsibilities
