The Asbestos Project Manager role involves leading hazardous building materials surveys and serving as on-site monitor for abatement projects. Responsibilities include asbestos, lead, and indoor air quality assessments across Massachusetts and New Hampshire offices. This position supports compliant environmental remediation with field-based inspections and reporting.

Requirements
- Certified in Massachusetts as Asbestos Project Monitor/Asbestos Inspector or able to become certified.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in asbestos project monitoring and environmental oversight.
- Adaptive and flexible with ability to respond to changing schedules and emergency response situations.
- Intuitive, solutions-oriented thinker with consultative approach to client service and problem solving.
- Skilled at assessing environmental conditions and understanding remediation services impact.
- Comfortable utilizing respirators, safety harnesses, and additional PPE in compliance with safety protocols.
- Possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field-based responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex hazardous building materials surveys covering asbestos, lead, PCBs, universal waste, and indoor air quality investigations.
- Serve as on-site Project Monitor for abatement oversight, compliance verification, and air monitoring activities.
- Conduct comprehensive indoor air quality and industrial hygiene assessments, including LEED IAQ evaluations.
- Perform moisture intrusion and microbial investigations to identify environmental and health risks.
- Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
- Deliver accurate field assessments, technical reporting, and regulatory documentation across multiple environmental disciplines.
- Utilize MA Asbestos Project Monitor and/or Asbestos Inspector certifications to support compliant environmental remediation projects.
