The role involves performing facility operations for receiving, processing, and shipping grain. Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment ensure ongoing operations, along with providing excellent customer service and adhering to all safety policies.
You will work closely with team members and maintain a clean work environment. The job includes varied indoor and outdoor conditions, use of personal protective equipment, and physical duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, and kneeling.

Requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Possess a valid Canadian full class 5 driver’s license in good standing (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Performing facility operations associated with the receiving, processing, and shipping of grain
- Performing basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
