About this role

Circet USA, leading provider of Network Services in North America, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide relocation of FAA tower lighting systems across 1,500 sites. Systems move from equipment shelters to external configurations. Deliver with speed, precision, quality, safety, and compliance to FAA standards.

Drive end-to-end project execution as central coordinator between client and vendors. Develop comprehensive site scopes, perform technical assessments, and identify risks with mitigation plans. Oversee hardware ordering, inventory, and delivery logistics nationwide.

Create detailed construction schedules, coordinate site readiness with contractors and stakeholders, and monitor progress via dashboards. Manage vendor performance for high-quality installations adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering, field teams, and procurement groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site wireless construction projects
  • Experience with FAA and FCC regulatory compliance
  • Skills in technical and feasibility assessments for construction sites
  • Proficiency in project risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Knowledge of hardware procurement and logistics coordination
  • Ability to manage construction scheduling and vendor performance
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control in construction

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of the FAA lighting system relocation project
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between client and contracted vendors
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with FAA, FCC, and internal regulatory requirements
  • Develop and validate comprehensive project scopes for each site
  • Oversee the ordering, inventory, and delivery logistics of required hardware and materials
  • Create and manage detailed construction schedules across all regions
  • Manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality construction and installation services
  • Ensure timely submission of complete close-out packages, including as-built documentation
