SHEQ Advisor

We seek a proactive and committed SHEQ Advisor to support growing operations in the renewable energy sector. This role drives a positive Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality culture across wind, solar, and energy infrastructure projects.

The SHEQ Advisor works closely with operational teams to embed safe practices, support audits and inspections, and promote environmental sustainability. Responsibilities include conducting site audits, leading incident investigations, and delivering toolbox talks and inductions. Compliance with UK HSE legislation and industry standards is ensured throughout all developments.

Our team consists of skilled engineers, surveyors, and support staff passionate about professionalism, care, and results. We maintain a collaborative culture with high standards and four offices covering the UK. We support diverse clients from Big Six energy companies to councils, landlords, and homeowners.
