Requirements

Excellent customer service
CSL license preferred
Demolition experience
Knowledge of construction-related power tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Build and repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures
Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, and interior and exterior trims
Perform drywall repair and patching
Inspect ceiling, floor tile, wall coverings, and woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures
Measure and cut materials to precise specifications for residential installations
Use power tools to construct and finish carpentry elements
Conduct minor demolition to prepare sites for repairs
