Manage commesse from formalization of the assignment to closure, ensuring respect for timelines and control of budgeted costs and revenues. Coordinate planning, progress status, invoicing, and WIP monitoring for assigned commesse. Report periodically to the BU Manager on advancements.

Handle work team and client contacts for assigned commesse, intercepting new development opportunities. Guarantee quality of delivered products and compliance with adopted quality standards. Perform operational activities for accredited and non-accredited services.

Requirements

Laurea in Ingegneria civile-edile o Architettura
Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione
Conoscenza del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici
Conoscenza dei servizi e attività di verifica progetto ai fini della validazione
Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni in area tecnica (progettazione, Direzione Lavori, collaudi, servizi tecnici, supporto al RUP, ecc.)

Responsibilities
