The Construction Manager / Operations Program Manager handles overall planning, execution, client management, and operational oversight of construction projects. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and municipalities.

Serve as the main client contact, lead onboarding meetings, and provide regular status updates. Oversee project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, assign work to coordinators and crews, and develop execution plans. Monitor daily activities, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to meet schedules.

Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards, coordinate splicing, testing, inspections, and resolve field challenges. Manage documentation like redlines, photos, and test results for project closeout. Lead coordinators, construction teams, and subcontractors while holding them accountable to safety and productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience providing strategic leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects
  • Proficiency in client and stakeholder management including municipalities and utility providers
  • Knowledge of project planning, execution, and risk mitigation in infrastructure sectors
  • Familiarity with field operations including site visits, splicing, testing, and inspections
  • Ability to review permits, easements, and documentation for scope readiness
  • Skills in team leadership, accountability, and coaching construction staff
  • Understanding of telecom, power, water, or data center infrastructure projects

Responsibilities
