Are you a skilled carpenter looking to move away from being a subcontractor? Clarke Services Group, a fully licensed Open Builder, seeks Carpenters with experience in commercial and residential building repairs and refurbishments. You'll perform a wide range of carpentry duties including bathroom modifications, wall re-framing and sheeting, floor replacements, window and door repairs, general repairs, refurbishments, and finishing trim work. Assist with variation quoting and collaborate with Construction Project Managers on quote preparation. Complete works on time while maintaining professional standards of communication with customers.

Work on a mix of inside and outside jobs across a variety of building and construction sites with inductions and access protocols. Requirements

  • Formal carpentry qualifications, Certificate III in Carpentry
  • Experienced and multiskilled as a Carpenter
  • Strong attention to professional communication, details and presentation
  • Problem-solving approach
  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction) certification required before commencing employment
  • Preferred: Blue Card and Current Police Checks
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Responsibilities

  • Complete and progress works on time while maintaining professional standards of communication with customers
