Project Manager - Construction

Service Restoration Inc. is a leading property restoration company committed to top-notch services for water damage, fire damage, mold damage, storm damage, and other property emergencies. We seek a full-time Project Manager - Construction for our Bloomington, MN Property Restoration team. You will join the fast-paced rebuild/construction team to restore properties after damage mitigation.

As Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, handymen, and vendors to make clients’ properties whole expeditiously. Responsibilities include securing rebuild projects by meeting onsite at mitigation losses and running projects from start to finish. You will plan work via work orders and ensure materials are on site for necessary work.

Daily tasks involve utilizing Matterport to document damage, taking before, progress, and completion photos, and recording notes in specific apps and software. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M., with overtime, weekends, and on-call availability required. Expect to work in dynamic restoration environments post-disaster.
