Nova Scotia Health Authority seeks a Painter/Plasterer for maintenance and operations at Victoria Building - QEII in Central Zone. Reporting to the Manager - Maintenance and Operations, this role maintains and repairs interior and exterior building surfaces. The Painter/Plasterer performs skilled tasks including painting, spray painting, plastering, tiling, brickwork, and concrete work. Responsibilities cover surface preparation, clean up, and applying decorative and protective coatings to furniture and equipment. Requirements
- Certified Journeyperson in Painting, Plastering or 5 years experience in a related field required
- Knowledge of a tint machine considered an asset
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques
- Experience with spray painting equipment
- Familiarity with plastering and tiling materials
