The Construction Manager works with the customer to build their dream home, schedules trades, and ensures the home is built with attention to quality. They meet building time expectations and exceed homeowner satisfaction. This role demands technical oversight in residential construction.

Participate in pre-construction meetings with the General Manager, Customer Coordinators, and homeowners. Enjoy a 36-hour work week to enhance work-life balance, as our employees drive our success. Vehicle, gas card, iPad, and cell phone are provided.

Requirements

  • Proficient in understanding residential construction systems
  • Prior scattered-site residential construction experience (preferred)
  • Technical construction knowledge to understand processes and terminology
  • Ability to manage field personnel and construction systems
  • Computer experience including Smart Phone and iPad
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence
