Carpenter - Multifamily Cabinet Installation

The Norfolk Companies are expanding construction and manufacturing teams, hiring experienced Carpenters for full-time W2 positions with steady 40+ hours per week and consistent year-round work. If you have experience installing cabinets or performing finish carpentry while working efficiently and maintaining quality, we want to speak with you.

Carpenters will work across Norfolk Multifamily, Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, and Rosario Cabinets divisions based on project needs. Typical tasks include multifamily cabinet and countertop installations, residential kitchen installations and remodeling projects, and cabinet manufacturing plus shop support at our in-house facility.

Assignments may originate from or report to locations including Braintree, Dedham, Framingham, Danvers, and Nashua. The ideal candidate is cross-trained, flexible, and comfortable in both field installation and shop environments. Since Norfolk manufactures and distributes its own cabinetry, materials are consistently available for more productive workdays.
