Requirements
- Previous experience of delivering multidisciplinary projects and managing site team
- Good general civils/build experience
- Prior experience of delivering projects with own workforce (preferred)
- Degree in a construction or civil engineering related subject (preferred)
- Knowledge of UK construction regulations
- Ability to lead site-based teams
- Familiarity with civils and building works
Responsibilities
- Deliver multidisciplinary civils and build projects
- Manage site team and operations
- Oversee project delivery with own workforce
- Coordinate multidisciplinary site activities
- Ensure compliance with construction standards
- Monitor site progress and quality
