As Construction Manager, support on-site project execution for a Data Center, ensuring coordination, supervision, and compliance with construction, safety, and technical standards. This position is part of an ongoing tender bidding process.

Provide technical support to the project management team and lead supervision of construction activities. Anticipate and resolve interferences and on-site issues while assisting the client in sequencing and coordination. Supervise sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and ensure Health & Safety standards compliance.

Work on-site in a construction environment within multicultural teams. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, with interviews conducted in English. Thrive as a proactive professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills in dynamic settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and engineering
  • Proven experience in Data Centers or critical infrastructure projects (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning
  • Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work on-site in a construction environment and multicultural teams
