You are responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans. This role focuses on carpentry tasks essential to maintaining the property's structures and fixtures. Daily work ensures high standards in a luxury setting.

Clean all work areas after finishing tasks properly to uphold safety and presentation. Look after all tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner. Correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift.

Actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel. Suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department. Contribute to operational efficiency across the team.
