Requirements

No experience required, construction experience is a plus
Valid driver's license with prior history of operating commercial vehicles
Tolerance for labor-intensive work in less-than-ideal environments
Able to lift and maneuver items of at least 75 pounds regularly
Climb and descend stairs and ladders multiple times a day
Perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and working in tight or awkward spaces
Maintain stamina for continuous physical labor throughout the day
Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials
Help set up and clean up job sites
Support carpenters and project managers
Load and unload materials and tools
Assist with contents handling, including moving, packing, and organizing customer belongings
Participate in emergency response services and on-call rotation as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project completion
Follow safety procedures at all times
