Requirements

  • No experience required, construction experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with prior history of operating commercial vehicles
  • Tolerance for labor-intensive work in less-than-ideal environments
  • Able to lift and maneuver items of at least 75 pounds regularly
  • Climb and descend stairs and ladders multiple times a day
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and working in tight or awkward spaces
  • Maintain stamina for continuous physical labor throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials
  • Help set up and clean up job sites
  • Support carpenters and project managers
  • Load and unload materials and tools
  • Assist with contents handling, including moving, packing, and organizing customer belongings
  • Participate in emergency response services and on-call rotation as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project completion
  • Follow safety procedures at all times
