DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management Division has an opening for a Carpenter in New Britain, CT. This third-generation, family-owned transportation company employs over 2,500 people throughout New England. The APM division handles property management services including landscaping, facilities management, and construction for internal divisions and external customers.

Daily tasks involve general and finish carpentry, framing, and roofing. Perform general electric and plumbing work, along with drywall installation, taping, and interior/exterior painting. Responsibilities also include project cost estimating.

Requirements
