As Senior Project Manager, you lead all aspects of large, multifaceted projects from concept to final implementation and commissioning.

This hands-on role verifies work meets safety standards, schedule requirements, and highest quality within budget while protecting Boldt's interests daily. You lead communication for internal and external project reporting and manage the project team. Responsibilities include implementing the Safety Culture Improvement Plan with a 'we care' mentality ensuring everyone goes home safely.

Empower and lead a high-performance team supported by a designated project team and corporate office to build efficiency. Manage and coach people to carry out objectives, measure performance, and mentor for succession planning. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of contract documents including Boldt’s contract, plans, specifications, and codes.

Lead the Boldt Production System with master scheduling, production strategies, and tracking alongside Quality Management System and Built in Quality processes. Oversee subcontractor coordination, supply chain procurement, production visuals, and site logistics aligned to schedule. Control costs, analyze expenditures, and provide accurate reports on progress, forecast costs, cash flow, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage large multifaceted construction projects from concept to commissioning
  • Train and coach project teams on safety, quality, and production systems
  • Deep knowledge of contract documents, plans, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Experience implementing Lean construction, Boldt Production System, and Quality Management System
  • Proficiency in master scheduling, production planning, trade coordination, and procurement
  • Ability to oversee site logistics, visuals, and subcontractor management
  • Skills in budget control, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and profitability reporting
