Roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and perform carpentry work to keep our parks looking sharp. Handle in-park builds, repairs, installations, providing a safe environment for guests and employees. Select proper materials for jobs and perform all functions of general carpentry work.

Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors, and Guests. Assist carpentry supervisor leading carpentry team. Dependable performance includes attendance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements.

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, including extreme heat, at heights up to 100ft, on scaffolding up to 24ft, and ladders. Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance. Enjoy a flexible schedule based on business need, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of onsite experience in the carpentry trade
  • Experience with cabinet building and framing, fabrications of solid surface and laminate countertops, roof repairs, drywall installation, concrete work
  • Ability to work with blueprints or in-depth sketches
  • Ability to operate and maintain power and hand tools and other equipment in good safe condition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work at heights up to 100ft, scaffolding up to 24ft, and ladders; lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

  • Perform all functions of general carpentry work for in-park builds, repairs, installations

  • Maintain dependable performance in terms of attendance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and Guests
  • Assist carpentry supervisor leading carpentry team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
