About this role

Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources in the field to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to specifications. This role provides leadership to subordinates controlling labor and non-labor resources daily to achieve the construction schedule and project quality.

Assist the Project Management team to promote and develop teamwork. Ensure all necessary resources are available through regular construction meetings while understanding the basics of the project budget to keep costs under control.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility, including the SHE Management System, to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP standards. Target zero LTI and manage SHE risk on site.

With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive construction experience, this role offers the chance to lead complex projects. Requires analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

Min. 8 to 10 years of previous experience in construction.
Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural databases and/or CAD drawing systems.
Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Willing to work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.
Organizational, supervisory, and negotiating skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities
