The Site Agent manages the customer interface, resource scheduling, and construction for all customer-requested work. This field position spans from design completion and customer acceptance to technical and financial closeout.

Under the direction of an Operations Manager, the Site Agent oversees construction operations and customer service as assigned. Responsibilities include coordinating resources and executing construction to achieve customer satisfaction and cost-effective results. Daily work focuses on field-based activities in the Power Delivery department.

The role operates in Park City, UT, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility allows shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. based on customer needs and service requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualified Journeyman Lineman, Journeyman Estimator or Project Sponsor (must be electrically qualified)
  • Able to work flexible working hours and overtime to meet position requirements
  • Flexibility to adjust shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. based on customer needs
  • Typical workweek of five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Demonstrate basic clerical skills including keyboard proficiency
  • Oral and written communications proficiency via Edison Electric Institute Clerical Aptitude test

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction operations and customer service under the direction of an Operations Manager
  • Manage the customer interface for all work requested by customers
  • Schedule resources from completion of design and acceptance by the customer
  • Oversee construction activities to technical and financial closeout
  • Achieve customer satisfaction through cost-effective construction
  • Coordinate field operations in power delivery projects
  • Ensure compliance with customer needs and service timelines
