We are currently looking for a new teammate who has integrity, dedication, and experience in the restoration industry for our open Lead Carpenter position. Day-to-day involves reviewing production sheets with the project manager and completing jobs to the specifications of the customer's request. Handle tasks like drywall, framing, cabinets, and flooring with 5+ years of industry experience. Respond to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies while managing equipment and materials on schedule.

Excel in customer service, enjoy working with the public, and regularly communicate with the team, Project Manager, and customer. Practice on-the-job safety by wearing PPE and encouraging it among fellow team members. Take on a leadership role in a diverse community where successful people work together to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of carpentry or construction experience
  • Displays knowledge of up-to-date construction standards and techniques
  • Willingness to share knowledge and train others
  • Critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willing to work overtime and be part of on-call team for after-hour emergencies
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Review the production sheets with project manager
  • Complete jobs to specifications of customer's request
  • Perform carpentry work including drywall, framing, cabinets, flooring
  • Provide excellent customer service and work with the public
  • Regularly communicate with team, Project Manager, and customer
  • Practice on-the-job safety including wearing PPE and encourage safety among team members
  • Manage equipment and materials to complete assignments properly and on schedule
  • Respond to demands of 24/7 emergency service companies
