Safety. Quality. Enjoyment. We see more than just a building. As Senior Site Manager, you’ll supervise projects from inception to completion, exemplifying commitment to Health & Safety while ensuring quality and best practice second nature.
Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to the project team. Effectively manage project delays, ensure dimensional controls from the outset, complete daily site diary on BIM 360 Field, and plan site logistics. Coordinate staff, labour and sub-contractors through construction to handover.
Ensure compliance with Quality Control and Health & Safety Management System on Robertson Management System. Communicate with Design Team for timely information and build relations with clients, teams and stakeholders. Requirements
- Construction related degree or trade background with construction management and leadership experience
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- SMSTS qualified
- Competent in Health and Safety practice
- Good first aid knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to members of the project team
- Effectively manage any project delays
- Ensure dimensional controls are in place from the outset and utilised accordingly
- Complete daily site diary as outlined on BIM 360 Field platform
- Plan, implement and monitor site logistics
- Coordinate and control the project, including staff, labour and sub-contractors, from construction phase through to completion and handover
- Ensure compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies on Robertson Management System
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)
