A vacancy exists for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join the expanding team.
This site-based role plays a key part in delivering complex mechanical building services works on major data centre projects. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing method statements and risk assessments for mechanical activities. All HVAC deliverables must align with project, quality, and safety requirements.
Coordinate closely with the project team to sequence mechanical installations, including pipework, meeting programme milestones. Manage effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders. Oversee the project commercially from estimating handover through technical procurement.
Assist in documenting and costing scope changes, preparing monthly valuations, and contributing to the final account. Monitor the two-week look-ahead programme in conjunction with the team. Join a supportive, dynamic, and collaborative team culture.

Requirements
- Experience delivering complex mechanical building services on data centre projects
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and mechanical installations including pipework
- Knowledge of construction method statements, risk assessments, and safety requirements
- Commercial management skills for procurement of equipment and subcontractors
- Ability to sequence installations to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates
- Familiarity with scope change documentation, valuations, and final accounts
