This exceptional opportunity is for an experienced Construction Manager in the Spec Division. The role focuses on supervising large-scale construction roofing projects.
Day-to-day involves overseeing multiple roofing production crews at job sites and facilities. Managers understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details to ensure proficient workflow. They set up and maintain safety while handling material management effectively.
Daily communication occurs with roofing crews, operations, and CentiMark project managers to plan and execute successful projects. Strong leadership fosters coordination across teams in a dynamic construction environment. This ensures projects meet specifications and timelines consistently.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction management experience including supervising multiple crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roof systems highly preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
