InProduction is the largest provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the US events industry. The Project Manager manages project timelines and budgets while creating and implementing technical solutions and construction methods based on design concepts. This role requires hands-on experience in scheduling, communication, and general construction practices.
Serve as onsite project management lead for greater NY jobs with 40-50% local travel and conduct site visits as needed. Complete daily progress reports including crew attendance, photos, and completion metrics. Oversee project prep in the Hauppauge warehouse and manage job-specific purchasing.
Employees demonstrate core values in safety and quality while providing top-notch service to clients, whether in the field, yard, warehouse, or office. Accompany clients, building departments, and fire marshals on walkthroughs to confirm installations meet code and secure sign-offs. Ensure crews attend safety orientations and adhere to regulations with proper PPE.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience related to scheduling
- Hands-on experience in written and verbal communication
- Hands-on experience in general construction practices
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Willing to travel locally 40-50% and out of market 15-20%
- Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE requirements
- Familiarity with construction methods and technical drawings
Responsibilities
- Serve as onsite project management lead for all greater NY based jobs (approx 40-50% out of office)
- Complete daily progress reports with crew attendance, photos and completion metrics

- Travel out of market as needed (approx 15-20%)
- Accompany clients, building dept, fire marshals on walkthroughs to inspect installations and acquire sign-offs
- Oversee project prep in Hauppauge warehouse including tools, hardware, materials and equipment
- Assist with local project planning, schedules and logistics
- Manage all job specific purchasing and procurement
