ALC seeks a Project Manager to handle daily coordination of approximately 15 onsite projects in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves preparing budgets, estimating costs, and analyzing data for efficient project execution.
The Project Manager leads project plans, schedules, and budgets while gathering resources for timely completion. Daily tasks include allocating resources, assigning tasks, preparing progress reports, and coordinating project activities. Identifying problems and recommending solutions like reallocating resources ensures projects meet targets.
As primary customer contact, the Project Manager builds relationships, understands needs, and meets demands onsite. Support business development by writing proposals and interacting with client executives for clear information. Work within a diverse workforce focused on intelligent climate solutions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade
- Capable of lifting items up to 50lbs
- Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under responsibility, and identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to ensure project completion
- Manage aspects of a project including allocate resources, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met
- Prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team
- Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones
- Identify project problems and recommend solutions including reallocate resources and change contractual specifications
- Act as primary contact with the customer, develop relationships, understand needs, and meet demands
- Support the business development team by writing proposals for projects and interacting with client executives
