Coventry, GB · Full-time · £70,000 – £90,000
About this role
We’re more than just a water company, dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment, sustainability, and communities. We’re looking for a driven Lead Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of our Strategic Resource Options Programme—a high-profile portfolio of critical projects developing new sources of water.
Reporting to the Programme Lead, you’ll lead a team of project managers to deliver complex large-scale engineering projects vital to future resource planning needs. Working in partnership with other water companies, you’ll help provide resilient water resources within Severn Trent and across the UK as part of a national programme of major infrastructure projects.
You’ll work out of our offices in Coventry within the SRO Team, 37 hours a week with WFH flexibility available. Travel to other sites will be required at times, so you’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence. Skills and experience matter, but character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the future of water supply while developing your career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. We welcome diverse individuals who get involved and want to be part of something bigger because they care.
