About this role

ScreedPro is Australia’s leading screed pump truck company with a fleet of 34 trucks operating nationwide. The role combines plant operating duties with truck driving and offers real autonomy along with variety across construction sites. No two days are the same and initiative is valued.

Each shift begins at the Riverstone depot where you load sand and cement then complete pre-start checks. You drive to one customer site per day, safely set up and operate the pump truck, and finish basic electronic documentation via mobile apps while keeping the vehicle clean.

Paid on-the-job training is provided and plenty of overtime is available. The position includes monthly RDOs, weekly pay, and a structured pay scale with increases every three months, giving you a clear path to grow your earnings over time.

Requirements

  • Valid HC, MC or HR licence
  • White card
  • Plant operator experience
  • Solid driving record with confidence reversing into tight spaces
  • Excellent car trailer or caravan reversing handling skills
  • Prepared to upgrade from HR to HC licence if required

Responsibilities

  • Load truck with sand and cement at the Riverstone depot
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks on the pump truck
  • Drive to one customer site per day and handle tight reversing manoeuvres
  • Safely set up and operate the pump truck on site
  • Complete basic electronic documentation using mobile apps
  • Keep the truck clean and well-maintained after each shift

Benefits

  • Permanent full-time role with guaranteed hours
  • Overtime at $55.50/hr, Saturday at $60/hr, Sunday and night at $80/hr plus super
  • Base rate of $40/hr plus super with $0.25 increase every three months
  • 17.5% annual leave loading
