About this role

Join Home Group as an experienced Bricklayer in our repairs and maintenance team. Work across responsive and void properties in the North Lakes area. Permanent full-time role at 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with on-call rota.

Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments. Deliver high-quality, compliant work with a focus on right first-time fixes. Multi-skill to prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes on scheduled jobs.

Requirements

City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in brickwork or equivalent
Experience in all aspects of bricklaying within a maintenance environment
Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled)
Flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement
Full current driving licence

Responsibilities

Carry out bricklaying across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments
Deliver high-quality and compliant work
Multi-skill to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes
Work in properties across the North Lakes area
Participate in out of hours service on a rota basis
