Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter/Plumber

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter and Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. You’ll deliver a first class service to our properties covering Haywards Heath and surrounding areas. This permanent role involves 40 hours per week with a company vehicle provided.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines. First-class customer care is essential in this customer-facing role.
