You ensure comprehensive site construction management for successful, safe project delivery at Kaiwera Downs 2 in New Zealand.
You maintain site safety to the highest standards and achieve contractual schedules. Ensure highest quality levels on site while providing clear direction for Vestas site management personnel. Manage resourcing, staff, risks, and all site costs including subcontractor spend and plant.
Maintain good working relationships with the customer, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Align with internal bid management and procurement departments as required. Operate on a 3:1 or 5:2 roster in a remote site environment managing teams and subcontractors like crane, excavation, electrical, and civil.

Requirements
- Proven track record in site construction management - minimum of 5 years
- Experience in managing general site administrative directions and support
- Intermediate IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Project user or key user
- Wind industry experience highly regarded
- Experience in people management
- Managed teams in a major project portfolio environment
- Managed sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, excavation, electrical, civil
- Strong analytical ability and well organized with planning orientation
