About this role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for industrial projects for clients. You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or be part of a bigger project team. You will serve as the expert on civil and construction-related matters within our team.
You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget. The projects you will be involved in comprise a variety of types including industrial installations, civil, buildings, facilities, renovations. Translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects with a hands-on approach.
With outstanding people and communication skills, succeed in getting the best out of project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff. Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and willing to travel within Poland, with international projects a valuable asset.

Requirements
- (Civil) Master's degree in construction, architecture or related or with equivalent experience
- Minimal 5y experience with managing civil, real estate or construction projects preferably in industrial environment
- Ability to translate the demands of the client into practical realizable projects
- Outstanding people and communication skills to get the best out of project teams including suppliers, users, maintenance staff
- Hands-on and proactive “make-it-happen” mentality
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to travel within Poland, international projects a valuable asset
- Fluent in both Polish and English, knowledge of Dutch or French a plus
