About this role

As a Site Agent – MEP, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting new West Apron Vehicle Underpass project at Dublin Airport. You will lead the detail design and installation of MEP services and Temporary services on a major construction project. The role involves managing delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance in an operational airport environment.

Oversee daily site activities to align with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery of works. Manage structural elements and stakeholder interactions in a live airport setting.

Requirements

  • Experience leading MEP services on major construction projects in operational environments
  • Knowledge of airport construction constraints and stakeholder coordination
  • Proficiency in site management for MEP installation and temporary services
  • Ability to maintain cost controls and report production performance
  • Understanding of quality, safety, and programme compliance in live sites
  • Skills in developing detailed work programmes for MEP works

Responsibilities

  • Lead the detail design and installation of MEP services and Temporary services
  • Understand design and construction methodologies for project’s Temporary and permanent services
  • Lead execution of permanent services
  • Lead, install and maintain temporary services for the construction project
  • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery
  • Ensure site performance and cost control
  • Develop and maintain detailed work programmes
