The position requires on-site presence Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, with flexibility for additional hours to meet project needs. Requirements

7+ years of experience within the construction industry
4+ years multifamily/hotel experience as a PM
At least 2 projects 150 units+ from start to finish preferred
Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required
Experience with Procore preferred
Ability to read construction plans and specifications required
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish, including those with 150+ units
Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project or similar software
Utilize Procore for construction management and documentation
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Coordinate with in-house teams across acquisitions, development, architectural design, engineering, and property management
Track and report project progress, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets for multifamily communities

$140,000 to $180,000 / Year base, with milestone bonuses and vehicle allowance
