Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within the construction industry
- 4+ years multifamily/hotel experience as a PM
- At least 2 projects 150 units+ from start to finish preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications required
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish, including those with 150+ units
- Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project or similar software
- Utilize Procore for construction management and documentation
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Coordinate with in-house teams across acquisitions, development, architectural design, engineering, and property management
- Track and report project progress, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets for multifamily communities
