Join the Project Management team as Senior Construction Manager, bringing expertise in the engineer-procure-construct-manage process to environmental construction projects. This field-based role involves hands-on leadership and oversight of contractors outdoors throughout the year.
Provide hands-on leadership to align daily production with project goals and performance expectations. Direct oversight of subcontractors, reviewing schedule milestones, resolving conflicts, managing changes, and tracking costs. Drive teams to follow project plans, objectives, and scope while tracking potential change orders.
Ensure daily safety procedures, permits, and paperwork are completed correctly and timely. Actively manage work-in-process to monitor schedule and budget performance, proactively identifying corrective actions. Review completed work with Project Manager for accurate billing and cost forecasting, updating percent complete and schedules.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of 7 years of directly related experience; Associate's Degree plus 9 years; Advanced degree plus 5 years
- Specific experience in environmental, industrial, or facility repurposing or remedial projects
- Proficient with MS Office products including MS Project and other information technology for project assignments
- Understanding of engineer-procure-construct-manage project execution process
- Experience providing field-based oversight of contractors outdoors year-round
- Knowledge of safety procedures, permits, and change order management in environmental construction
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to project teams, aligning daily production with project and business goals
- Direct oversight of subcontractors including review of schedule milestones, conflict resolution, change management, and cost tracking
- Drive project team to follow project plans, objectives, and scope of work while tracking potential change orders
- Ensure daily safety procedures, permits, and paperwork are completed correctly and timely
- Actively manage work-in-process to understand schedule and budget performance, proactively implementing corrective actions
- Review completed work with Project Manager to ensure billing and cost forecasting accuracy
- Monitor percent complete and update schedule accordingly
