The Residential Remodeler assists in performing safe and effective installations following all Company SOPs and PPE protocol. This role provides customers with a 5-star experience across over 40 nationwide locations.

Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM Monday-Friday to load materials and trucks, then travel to the customer’s home. Greet the customer, establish rapport, and demo the existing bath or shower. Install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.

Clean up thoroughly to show care for the customer’s home, collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse. Requirements

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Valid smart phone or smart device for Company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks

Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
