As Commercial Manager, you shape major transformative high-rise and industrial projects with top talent.

You develop project budgets with design teams and clients, monitor cost estimates with Cost Managers, and implement tendering strategies. Identify commercial risks, approve monthly invoices, create cost reports, and handle final settlements. Your agility and detail orientation drive project success.

Requirements

Completed degree in real estate management, engineering, economics or natural sciences or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in tender management in high-rise construction
Solid experience with complex national and international industrial projects, preferably high-rise and industrial
Initial experience leading teams, e.g. as deputy
Proficient in MS Office standard programs
Structured, independent, proactive working style
Analytical thinking and structured work under deadline pressure
Team ability, communication strength, diplomatic skills, confident handling of AHO, HOAI, VOB
