Guide projects from concept through implementation as a Project Manager for the Aviation team. Coordinate stakeholders, support schedules and budgets, and ensure alignment with funding requirements and long-term airport development goals. Serve as a liaison between airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

Foster the mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities. Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions. Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation (reimbursed for business-related travel)

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
  • Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
  • Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams
  • Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination
  • Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado
  • Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market
  • Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions
