This role focuses on supervising large-scale construction roofing projects.
Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites and facilities daily. Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details to plan and execute successful projects. Ensure proficient workflow through communication with crews and operations while managing materials effectively.
Set up and maintain safety on job sites, with daily communication between roofing crews and CentiMark project managers. Foster collaboration to drive project success in a dynamic commercial roofing environment. Operate in a great work environment dedicated to industry leadership.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction management experience including supervising multiple crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roof systems highly preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of roofing practices, procedures, and safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
- Interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent organizational skills
