About this role
SERVPRO of Anderson/Indianapolis North/Hamilton County is looking for a Construction Manager to ensure the highest quality of service for all customers and clients. In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects. Picture yourself fulfilling your potential by repairing and restoring homes and businesses.
You will oversee operations of all construction projects to guarantee customer and client satisfaction. Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents while ensuring project schedules and budgetary requirements are met. All work must comply with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for each project, including photos, contracts, and change orders. Perform end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with other superintendents. Work in environments with exposure to extreme conditions like heat and loud noise levels at jobsites.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time including driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Responsibilities
