This Senior Construction Project Manager role supports cutting-edge projects from concept to warfighter deployment.
Gather user requirements and generate cost estimates across project stages like concept, schematic designs, and construction drawings. Manage relationships with consultants, regional contractors, and suppliers while performing site due diligence for executive decisions. Assemble and lead project design teams of architects and consultants.
Develop budgets for greenfield projects and capital improvements, collaborating with Finance for cash flow forecasting and executive reports. Implement contracting structures that align incentives, ensure transparency, and allocate risk to protect company interests. Serve as primary point of contact, advising through programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations.
Join a team rebuilding the American defense industrial base with exposure to manufacturing facilities, secure environments, and collaborative workspaces. Collaborate with stakeholders including construction managers, architects, engineers, real estate planners, and finance analysts. Stay close to Division Leaders developing autonomous submarines, robot fighter jets, and AR headsets to fuel their success.
Requirements
- Experience in preconstruction services including requirements gathering and cost estimating
- Proficiency managing design teams with architects and engineering consultants
- Expertise in site due diligence and feasibility assessments for manufacturing sites
- Knowledge of budget development and financial oversight for greenfield projects
- Skill in cash flow forecasting and presenting reports to senior executives
- Ability to structure contracts for risk allocation and transparency in secure facilities
- Track record serving as primary stakeholder contact across full project lifecycles
Responsibilities
