About this role
Boulder Mills offers fine fixtures and custom cabinetry work for residential and commercial projects. You will be exposed to multiple areas within the company and develop a diverse skill set. Read and interpret drawings and written instructions of specialty projects. Perform sanding, woodworking, assembly of cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers.
Process work in a timely, quality-focused manner and load cabinets into trucks safely. Understand the scope of load contents and locate missing parts to complete shipments. Assist in training and mentoring entry-level staff while working in a team environment.
Maintain a safe and quality-based effort for products processed and clean up work area daily. Primarily support Boulder Mills production operations as a shared resource across affiliated operations like Tharp Cabinets. Facilitate quality on-time delivery to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in custom cabinetry, countertops, reception desks, wall panels, solid surface, or laminate work
- Drawing reading skills

- Able to lift at least 75 lbs
- 75% standing, 15% walking and adhere to company safety policy including wearing safety glasses, air filtration masks and suits
Responsibilities

- Clean up work area each day per plant safety and house cleaning standards
