Join our Project & Construction Management team in Navalmoral de la Mata as Senior Construction Manager for a major industrial project with an initial 2-year duration and possible continuity in similar projects.

You will manage the project integrally, collaborating closely with Project Direction and coordinating contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, and the client. Responsibilities include overseeing contracts, site coordination, quality control, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution in demanding environments.

Work with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic settings with tight deadlines on emblematic, high-value projects. Act as the main contractual link among all stakeholders to ensure technical, legal, and commercial compliance.

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering (other related engineering degrees valued with proven experience in industrial building)
  • More than 15 years of professional experience in industrial building projects
  • Experience managing projects with multiple contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines and multidisciplinary teams
  • High level of English

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts of different types (EPCM, D&B, etc.), ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and commercial conditions
  • Organize and coordinate tasks of various contractors on site
  • Collaborate with Project Direction in quantitative and qualitative control of works
  • Act as main contractual link between engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and final client
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to optimize costs, deadlines, and contractual compliance
  • Manage claims, contract variations, and dispute resolution
