The role involves leading project planning, design, and construction delivery while managing teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinate communication across all parties, and ensure successful delivery across institutional, healthcare, residential, and other project types. Handle building systems coordination, including MEP, and identify risks with solutions throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience (or 10+ years with PE or RA license)
  • Experience managing complex building projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
  • Experience with NYC public agencies (e.g., DDC)
  • Knowledge of NYC codes, permitting, and regulations
